This Privacy Policy applies to the Maximus Potentia app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices. The service is provided as a Free application for your personal use.

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data.

Maximus Potentia is an "Offline-First" application. All data you enter—including habits, journal entries, statistics, and settings—is stored exclusively on your local device's internal storage. We do not operate any backend servers, and we have no access to your data.

2. Third-Party Access

Since we do not transmit your data to the cloud, we do not share your personal information with any third parties or advertisers.

However, the Application is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These platforms may collect anonymous usage data (e.g., crash reports, installation metrics, device type) if you have opted-in to share analytics with them in your device settings. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

3. Location & Permissions

The Application does not request or use your precise location data.
We may request permission to send Local Notifications. These notifications are generated solely on your device to remind you of your habits. They are not sent from a server.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Since your data is stored locally, you have complete control over it.

• Retention: Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep the Application installed.
• Deletion: You can delete all your data at any time by simply uninstalling the Application. Warning: Uninstalling the app will permanently delete your data unless you have a separate device backup (e.g., iCloud or Google Drive backup of your entire phone).

5. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. Since we do not have servers, this naturally applies to our local-only policy as well.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
