Where is my data stored?

On your device. If you delete the app, your data is gone unless you have an iCloud backup of your entire device.

How do I sync between devices?

Currently, Maximus Potentia is a local-only app to ensure maximum privacy. Syncing requires cloud servers, which we don't use.
